Hispania celebrates Extremadura Gastronomy Week where all the customers can taste delicious typical flavours from the Spanish region.
Hispania, in collaboration with Extremadura, wants to introduce this extraordinary products from this land to the English market.
Marcos Morán, our Gastronomy Director, designed an exclusive menu for Extremadura Gastronomy Week. A selection of cheeses, cured meats and special mains courses are available during these days.

On Monday, within the series Innovation & Creativity – Great Spanish Chefs at Hispania, we are organising, in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes Londres, a talk by three michelin star chef Quique Dacosta and our executive chef, Marcos Morán. The chefs will talk about the evolution of Spanish cuisine and its contribution to the worldwide gastronomy as well as their personal experience. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and a cocktail reception.

The Gramona Family, who have been producing wine and cavas for over 150 years , is one of Spain’s most respected cava makers. Together, Gramona and Hispania have the pleasure of presenting a five course tasting dinner where five of Hispania’s dishes, created by our executive chef, Marcos Moran, will be paired with five Gramona wines.
The dinner will start with a cava reception followed by a Chardonnay, a 2009 Sauvignon Blanc and III Lustros Cava Gran Reserva and will end with the amazing, delicate and elegant Celler Batlle Gran Reserva Brut 2011.
