Innovation & Creativity – Great Spanish Chefs at Hispania & Instituto Cervantes – Quique Dacosta

On Monday, within the series Innovation & Creativity – Great Spanish Chefs at Hispania, we  are organising, in collaboration with Instituto Cervantes Londres, a talk by three michelin star chef Quique Dacosta and our executive chef, Marcos Morán. The chefs will talk about the evolution of Spanish cuisine and its contribution to the worldwide gastronomy as well as their personal experience. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and a cocktail reception.
